Using remote service, most problems can be solved with a phone call and a few mouse clicks on your part, and without the need for a technician visit. Please note the restrictions below6. 1)Basic hardware installation is applicable to items new in box with all applicable accessories and software and purchased no more than one year prior. 2)Basic operating system installation is applicable to original system disks being used with computers unaltered from the time of original purchase. 3)Special hardware and software installations incur additional cost due to the need to obtain drivers which may no longer be readily available. 4)Customer is responsible for provision of any necessary software or software licenses. 5)Data recovery is unpredictable and as such is subject to a specific separate agreement. 6)Remote service is dependent upon a working broadband internet connection and some software, malicious or otherwise, could interfere with the remote service software. In these instances, two hours of on-site service will be credited to subscribers in any given six month period. |
